This division of CFMS West provides a complete range of commissioning services to verify that the building mechanical and electrical systems installed meet the project design intent. These services include:

• Document the building systems design intent.
• Prepare the commissioning plan identifying contractor responsibilities.
• Prepare the contractors commissioning specifications
• Witness contractor's tests and equipment start-up procedures.
• Perform system performance tests.
• Co-ordinate contractor and manufacturer training.
• Provide systems operation training.
• Prepare Systems Operation Manual.
