• A college diploma or university degree in mechanical or electrical
  Engineering and 5 years in construction or 10 years in construction with knowledge of HVAC and controls
• A good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• A valid Ontario drivers license and vehicle

• Highly motivated and a self starter who is capable of working independently
