Al Haye joined CFMS in 2000 to assist with projects west of Toronto. Recognizing the growing demand for an office in the Hamilton area, CFMS-West was established in 2003. Our mission is to serve clients from the Mississauga/Oakville boarder through to Windsor. From our incorporation in January 2004 to present, we have grown to have seven full-time employees and two part-time staff members.
Our projects range in a variety of, but are not limited to new construction, existing buildings, education, retail, institutional and tenant improvements. We specialize in providing total building commissioning and LEED commissioning services.
CFMS are proud members of the Professional Engineers Ontario, Building Commissioning Association and of the Canadian Green Building Council.
CFMS-West employs a team of technicians who have many years of experience with the construction process, mechanical and electrical commissioning, project management, renewable energy and data centres. Since its commencement, we have provided our services to varying building types to include, Art Galleries, Airports, Commercial, Data Centre Buildings, Educational Facilities, Government Buildings, Healthcare Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, and Recreational Facilities.
The CFMS-West team has and is working with some of the major players in the industry. We have proven experience to guide a commission process from the design stage to a successfully operating building. Our ability to work with the building owner, the design and construction teams to help control constructions costs and the construction schedule has established a solid reputation for CFMS-West in Southwestern Ontario. We have many repeat clients in the short period we have been in business. CFMS-West will tailor our services to meet our client’s requirements. Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our clients through commitment and our ongoing support after substantial completion.
