Brock University, Welch Hall | St. Catherines, Ontario
The Welch Hall which was originally constructed in 1970. The addition will consist of a four story extension to the south side of the building. This space will add 20,000 sq. ft. to the building and will contain academic offices, student study areas, and computer support areas, and will be primarily occupied by the Faculty of Education.

University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business | London, Ontario
The new Richard Ivey School of Business is a three-storey quadrangle shaped building. Pavilions attached to the main circulation have unique social and special experience including a dining hall, library, and an amphitheater.

Total Area: 240,000 sq ft
McMaster University, David Braley Athletic Centre | Hamilton, Ontario
It includes a new double gymnasium, a wellness and fitness centre, four new international glass-backed squash courts, new locker rooms, a three storey indoor climbing wall and cycling studio and an expanded sports medicine clinic and rehabilitation centre.
Goal: LEED Silver Certification
Total Area: 12,236 sq m (132,000 sq ft)
Cobblestone Elementary School | Paris, Ontario
This 22-classroom school is located in the Grandville subdivision and include cobblestones to reflect the school’s name. The mechanical systems include two PK Mach Boilers which are 99% efficient with only 1% exhausted as waste. Motion sensors throughout the building will ensure that lighting is based on occupancy. A grey water purifier on site will reduce water costs. The site maximizes the green space but minimizes the school’s footprint.
