London Community Centre & Library | London, Ontario

The London YMCA and Library will be a multi-use facility. It houses an 8,000 square foot library and a 12,000 square foot fitness center. The features included in this building are a six-lane, 25-metre pool with a leisure pool, double gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms and a trail system for running.

Les Chater YMCA & Turner Park | Hamilton, Ontario

The Hamilton South Mountain complex is multi-use facility including a 2,430 sm. library and a 4,645 sm. YMCA. The library includes such amenities as collection area, public seating, meeting facilities and associated administrative and library services. The YMCA houses an aquatics centre, mini-gym, health enhancement area, change rooms, multi-use areas and a child care centre.

Waterloo Library & YMCA | Waterloo, Ontario

The YMCA will include such amenities as a recreational pool and lap lane pool, fitness area, dance studio, multi-purpose rooms and gymnasium. A common area including a foyer, washrooms and food service area. The Library will include study areas, computer technology center, workstations and quiet study and a multi-purpose meeting room.

Wayne Gretzky sports Centre | Brantford, Ontario

The original project features in the design include four, new arenas, a running/walking track surrounding the 1000-seat arena, expanded Sports Hall of Recognition, food service area, new 25-metre pool, therapy pool, gymnasium, dry-land training area, and new ground floor fitness centre.

Other features include new tournament headquarters, expanded multipurpose space, sport offices, child-minding area, new offices for sports groups, and large common spaces and lobby areas.

North Wentworth Twin Pads | Hamilton, Ontario

The building is 91,494 sq ft and will house two, full-sized hockey rinks with elevated seating for nearly 900 people, with capability for year-round ice on one pad. The Arena features 12 change rooms, 4 referee rooms, 60 person multi-purpose rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a pro-shop, a concessions area, administrative offices and a large central atrium.

The Green strategies include geothermal heating and cooling, daylight and natural ventilation, heat recovery on all air handling units and the utilization of waste heat to warm change rooms, spectator seating and ice melting pit.
