SHAPING THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION
WEST NIAGARA SECONDARY SCHOOL
New construction of a secondary school comprised of 60 classrooms that will accommodate more than 1,500 students. Spaces include tech and science labs, greenhouse and 750-seat theatre.

GREAT LAKES SECONDARY SCHOOL
The existing facility was renovated along with an addition on the south side; an upgrade of the building’s heating and ventilation systems will be a focus of this project. CFMS-West also worked on the second phase of this project which includes an addition at the south side of the school that will house a 550-seat auditorium and an indigenous centre.

BROCK UNIVERSITY – GOODMAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
The project involved a three- storey addition on the west and east ends of the existing building and a new major interior circulation route at the ground floor that connects the two additions The project was phased to accommodate occupation during construction. The new west and east additions were completed in the first phase of construction to create swing space for faculty offices and teaching space.

CONESTOGA COLLEGE – SKILLED TRADES CAMPUS PHASE 2
The building will be approximately 232,000 square feet (SF) above grade and one storey tall with one partial storey below grade. The facility will include unique features such as: Automotive shops, that support cars, diesel trucks, and future electric vehicle, welding shop complete with multiple welding booths for instructional purposes, and an open carpentry shop to simulate construction of wood structures in the work environment.
