The Hybrid Operating Room Addition project includes a 3,000 sq. ft mechanical penthouse addition to the third floor of the existing hospital. Within the surgical department, there will be a 1,500 sq. ft renovation completed. New air handling equipment was installed and the existing heating and cooling infrastructure, medical gas, nurse call and fire alarm infrastructure are all connected to the renovation project.

The Joseph Brant Hospital’s Capital Redevelopment project includes renovations to existing space, and a brand new 7-storey tower. The new tower accommodates 172 beds, new emergency department, 9 operating rooms, and departments and clinics for post-anesthetic care, ambulatory care, cancer clinic, neo-natal intensive care diagnostic imaging and increased medical, surgical and outpatient services.
